Please review the following before beginning the application process. The application must be filled out completely and legibly in order to process.
Qualifications will be based on your credit, income and referrals from personal and past or present landlords. Approval or denial of your application is based on the sole discretion of JCR Services, Inc. Property Management Division.
When your application has been approved or denied, you will be notified immediately. If your application was denied, legally we cannot disclose the reasons. Upon request, we will give you the phone number of the credit reporting agency so you can contact them for a copy of your report. Prior evictions will not be accepted.
Initial rents and deposits must be in the form of a cashiers check or money order, made payable to Roberts Property Management. Subsequent rent may be paid in the form of a personal check. We do not accept cash.
JCR Services, Inc. represents the Lessor or Owner of the Rental Property in the lease agreement. A flyer on Agency Disclosure is provided in your lease information packet for further explanation.
You will be provided with a Lead Base Paint brochure prior to move in. Properties may or may not contain Lead Base Paint. Lessor makes no representation as to whether this property does or does not contain Lead Base Paint.
A $38.00 Non Refundable Fee per each adult will be charged to process an application. A current photo ID as well as a copy of Social Security Card is required at the time of processing.

blank and include all zip codes and signatures.
____Copies of paycheck stubs for last 30 days or most recent Income Tax return.
____Current Photo ID and Social Security Card.
